2. General information on data processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing is generally carried out only with the user's consent or where permitted by law.

6. Google Analytics and Google Ads
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse use of our website. If you have given consent, we also use Google Ads (conversion tracking) to measure successful submission of the contact form.

Retention period: Data stored by Google Analytics is generally deleted after 14 months; the exact retention period depends on settings in our Google Analytics account.
Objection: You can prevent collection by Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also object to processing at any time with effect for the future (Article 21 GDPR).
7. Provision of our services
In the course of our competitive monitoring services, we process only publicly accessible information about the companies you designate (e.g. from websites, commercial and company registers, press, and public platforms). Processing of personal data of third parties beyond this occurs only where legally permitted and necessary for the commissioned service. We process contract and billing data of our clients on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
